Spring Cleansing!

Spring is in full swing and we're getting in gear with a 1 to 3 day juice cleanse starting Friday, March 30, 2012. We would love for you to join us! You'll have 4 days to prepare. For those of you who are beginners, a one day cleanse would be a great way to try it out. And you may even discover that adding another day or two is not as difficult as you may think. According to juicing experts, the longer you are on a juice cleanse the better the results. But, if you are new to this, we encourage baby steps.

The main benefits to be achieved after having performed the General Cleanse vary depending on the length of the cleanse. The longer the cleanse, the more optimal the results, such as:

    1. Awesome! We're excited, too. Here's a tip ... Begin to increase your intake of raw salads, fruits and veggies.  Soups, lightly steamed veggies, brown rice and quinoa are great whole grain choices. Tomorrow, 2 days before the cleanse eat only raw salads, veggies, fresh fruit and purified water.
