I Love A Great Mascara. Don't You?

I love a great mascara. Don't you?

One that doesn't flake, clump or smear. Believe it or not, a really good one is not that easy to come by. Just the other day a woman I met in yoga class struck up a conversation with me. She had beautiful eyes and I couldn't help but to compliment her. She thanked me, but attributed her beauty to her mascara. Why is it so hard for us (women) to except compliments sometimes? Anyway, she said that if it were not for her Loreal Voluminous her eyes would disappear. I suppose that many women feel the same way. One thing is for sure mascara accentuates the eyes beautifully.

See a list of my favorites below:

Bare Escentuals Buxom® Lash Mascara
*Sold exclusively at Sephora
It's free of parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragances and dyes.
It comes in Blackest Black, is long-lasting and has this great hourglass-shaped brush that separates and lengthens the lashes.

 Covergirl LashBlast Volume Blasting Mascara
It provides maximum thickness and length. It's available in 4 shades and waterproof. It's long-lasting and has a fabulous brush that separates the lashes.

Loreal Paris Volumunious Mascara
A volumizing mascara in a deep rich shade of Carbon Black.
It's fragrance free and will not clump or smear. It has a great brush that is designed to lengthen and separate.

I've had my eye cream for over a year. Is it still good to use?

No! Throw it out and purchase a new one. After a year, most skin care products are no longer potent. It is best to use all of your products within 12 months because ingredients will lose their effectiveness and can get contaminated with bacteria.
